Auditions Replaced with a Far More Fair and Comprehensive System

Excerpt from attached document: The purpose of Reel PROs is to house an elite group of professional actors. As many of you know, our reputation for really fine actors precedes us in the industry, and it's because we take very seriously the task of qualifying actors for membership. However, experience has shown us that some actors, while great at their craft, are not necessarily good during auditions, or at least the day of an audition. And a system of auditioning, while as precisely defined as possible, still has to take into account the subjectivity of the auditioners. Some of the same actors who did not pass our Main Arena auditions went on to become series regulars, recurring guests, guest stars and featured in high profile films.

Thanks to the success of RP2 and the method of auditing developed for that group, we found an answer that allowed us to reevaluate the need for the old auditioning process and develop a more fair and just system company-wide.
