Reel PROs is Composed of Three Arenas:
1. Reel PROs 2 - for actors who are a legal 18 and play between 18-26
2. Players - for actors who play 27-on
** The difference between RP2 and Players is simply age range. We break the ages into categories so casting directors can better determine in advance of their workshop which scenes to assign. They normally use age range and our actors’ headshots in our online member photo directory, Cream of the Crop, to make their choices. Also, at times we offer casting director workshops specifically for, and limited to, RP2 or Players actors.
3. Main Arena - for actors who play 18-on who are invited to join from RP2 or Players. Main Arena members are actors who cold-read at performance level-plus, actors who yet continue to hone their audition skills to an outstanding edge through Reel PROs education and training.
To Become a Member
There is no audition required to join RP and take our casting director workshops (which are only open to members). Simply pay your first monthly membership fee of $9.95 by registering online for Reel PROs 2 or Players. There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time, and re-enroll whenever you wish. Although we don't audition, we still take skill level seriously. To ensure everyone is working at their best during training workshops, our friendly staff keeps their eyes open for obviously struggling actors. Everyone has an off day or so, but no one need feel their membership is at stake because of it. Our goal is to offer our utmost support, and we will do whatever we can to help actors stretch their talents further. Eventually we may determine it’s in the actor’s best interest to take a break to work on their acting skills per se, but not until we know the true level of their current abilities.
Also, our staff will continually scout for potential Main Arena members in classes, and we'll be taking into account all workshop guest recommendations. When an actor has two staff/guest recommendations, they will be sent an invitation to audition for Main Arena.

The presence of a casting director or agent is neither a guarantee nor a promise of employment, an audition or representation, and such contact as you may have with a guest in a workshop rarely results in any further contact with that person. All casting director workshop companies are prohibited by law from offering or attempting to obtain auditions, representation or employment for you. ** It is the law for all talent training services, of which workshops are a part, to be bonded with the Labor Commissioner. Reel PROs is bonded for the lawful $50,000 by HCC Surety Group, and the bond is #100113720.
